Terms of Service

General Terms

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to everything stated in my T.O.S.
I, the artist, am not responsible if the client has not read the terms of service I have provided.

  • The artist has the right to refuse your commission without explanation. Submitting of a commission request form does not guarantee that the commission request will be accepted.

  • The artist is allowed to display all commissioned work and publish it outline or attach it to their portfolio.

  • Always include a link to the artist when you publish artwork online.

  • The final product is for personal use only (unless there’s permission).

  • Respond clearly and timely when asked for feedback.

Will Draw:

  • OCs

  • Fanart

  • Irl people (in my style)

  • Suggestive art

Won’t Draw

  • Furries

  • NSFW

  • Offensive imagery

  • Other art styles

Process:

1. Filling out the request form and consultation.

  • First you will fill out a form that will give me a general idea of your commission. If I am happy with this, I will write to you for more detailed discussion.

  • At the discussion stage, provide clear and complete references. Provide visual reference for what you are describing. Provide a clear description of what you want me to draw.

2. Payment

  • Once we have finished discussing all the details and I have approved your commission, payment can be made.

3. Drawing Work

  • Once payment has been made, I will begin work on your commission. I’ll share the process of the drawing.

  • Minor changes and edits are allowed during the process.

4. Finish

  • Once I’m done and payment is finalized, I will send you a high resolution file via email.

Payment:

  • All payments are made through Chime.

Copyright/Usage Policy:

  • I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the art on other sites for portfolio purposes.

  • The final product is for personal non-commercial use only.

  • You are never allowed to sell, edit/modify, distribute, produce merchandise, salinity recognition, or use my artwork for promotional purposes unless given permission to.
